Fox Cities United Soccer Club Academy players are expected to elevate their responsibility in meeting the core standards and values of the club by taking personal ownership of their development and actions. Players will continue to build upon the strong foundation established from their early Lil' Kits & Junior Academy experience and are monitored for consistent improvement in technical and tactical aspects, mental and emotional toughness, performance, speed, power, agility, reaction time and quickness.
