Our club was started in 2012 by our current Director of Coaching, Renee’ Sullivan.  After having her children play for New London, Neenah, New United and Appleton soccer clubs, she thought there had to be a better way to train players and teams.  She recruited a small group and their goal was to build a club that resembled that of the European academies.  That's when Fox Cities United Soccer club was created; a club to meet the needs of the parents, players and families.

Parents love to plan! We noticed many clubs were not giving up-front fees to their members. Parents had to worry about covering tournament fees, training fees, etc. with no consistent fee for each event. This led to parents having to cut checks & worry about refunds if something got canceled. We decided that parents deserved better - one fee that didn’t change.  All of our fees are up front.  We don’t hide fundraising buyouts, volunteer hour requirements, etc.  The price you see is the price you pay and we allow our parents to pay in installments if needed.  Parents can truly plan their family expenses with our club tuition structure.

Players love to play!  Knowing her children could not get enough soccer, Renee' wanted to allow players as much guided development as possible.  We developed our training model around the idea that all teams would train with one consistent coach year round; this model is very similar to the professional academies around the world.  Fox Cities United trains teams with one topic per day, presented at different levels, so that players could come in and out of practices, either training up or down as needed. This training concept allows players almost unlimited amount of touches to develop to their utmost potential.  The only way to set that solid foundation is guided development that allows for time on the ball.  If the foundational skills of your player are not set, the building will fall or break apart over time.  We make sure our players have the foundation they need to be successful no matter where they go in their soccer career.  Our motto #BEYOURBEST can only be fulfilled by allowing players the options to meet their potential!  Fox Cities is proud to set a solid foundation for our players' development.  Players are always looked at as individual players, not as teams.

Families love to spend time together!  Having 5 children herself, Renee' knew that families with multiple children were in a dilemma.  If you are having to attend separate tournaments with each child, you get fewer weekends together. Fox Cities United does their best to bring all their teams to the same tournament, which helps free weekends for families and reduce cost for hotels, gas, and travel.

Fox Cities United is proud of our history.  We have grown, but still remain small enough to fulfill our mission.  We have made a commitment to our members to fulfill the goals we mentioned above and to continue to grow the club in a manner our families and players can be proud of.
